Common questions

Before you get in touch

Do we have to replace the software we already use?
Usually not. Most projects connect what you have rather than replacing it. We only recommend replacing a tool when keeping it costs more than moving off it.
How long does a build take?
Most first systems land in two to six weeks, depending on how many tools need connecting and how clean the existing data is. The audit gives you a firm timeline before you commit.
What does it cost?
Build projects are quoted at a fixed price against an approved scope, so there is no hourly drift. We can't quote honestly before the audit — that's what the audit is for, and it's free.
Is this going to replace people's jobs?
That isn't what we build. We remove repetitive tasks — data entry, chasing, re-typing — so the same team can handle more of the work that needs judgement. Anything with real consequence keeps a human approval step.
Who owns the system once it's built?
You do. Code, data and accounts are in your name. If you ever stop working with us, everything keeps running and another developer can pick it up.
What happens to our data?
It stays in systems you own and control. We only access what a project requires, and access is revoked at handover unless you keep us on a support retainer.
